• Description

  Viena stands at just 5 feet tall from the top of her head to her feet, though large ears and horns spout from the top of her skull. She is covered in a very soft short fur, cream colored with patches of a bright gingery copper in places, most visibly around her eyes like a ferret mask, on the backs of her ears, fingers, toes, and rings on her tail.
  
  She has a wide middle with little slit like nostrils at the end, her sense of smell is on par with a bears nose, able to sniff out pretty much anything. She can even sniff out if people have certain illnesses, professions or what they had for dinner that day, it is almost impossible to fool her nose. Her ears are large and can bend and twist interdependently of each other, they are very good but as quite as good as a bats but they come reasonably close, they can hear frequencies that are usually outside human ear range. Sadly these come at a price for Viena is completely blind, having never seen anything with her own eyes before she has no concept of color, shade or brightness. Her other sences make up for it a lot of the time but she can still find it hard to get around, unable to pick up facial expressions or body language and sometimes finding it hard to move around but she does her best with what she has.
  
  Viena's tail is usually a topic of talk, being almost three meters long and about as wide as her body in some places the thing is massive, able to move like a snake she can use it to hold things, carry things and is often seen using it to sit on. Once in the grip of Viena's monster tail it may be hard to escape without a weapon or tool of some kind.
  
  She is usually seen wearing a set of lose green and brown clothes, a dark green tunic, brown baggy trousers with dark leather cuffs on her wrists and ankles to keep things neat. Her hair is a dark brown pile of curls that bounce cheerfully when she walks, from there two white horns poke from the top of her head. They grow constantly and need cutting often but as they are made of an ivory like material she can sell them to make some coin. They are sought after by jewelers and weapon makers alike for their durability and colour.

• Personality

  Viena is a pretty shy and timid creature, she is easy to scare and upset but can also form attachments to people rather quickly if they make a food first impression. Viena wants nothing more than to please, she wants to do her best for anyone and everyone and fears doing something wrong, getting into trouble and disappointing people.
  
  She loves listening to stories, whether they are true or not. She could sit and listen to people talk all day and she herself likes telling tales and stories passed onto her from her travels. She is much too trusting for her own good, she assumes the best of people on meeting them and has little sense of danger if it isn't completely obvious.
  
  Even though she has a quirky outside, bubbly and seemingly carefree inside is another story. There is a deeper core of turmoil and confusion from not knowing her origin, family or how she came into being. She is always looking for answers on where she might have come from as she can only remember from the day she woke up, she assumes she has some kind of amnesia and can't remember her life before though the truth is a little darker. She simply seeks an answer for who she really is but tries not to draw attention to it.

• History

  Viena was created from magic, dark and rather terrible magic. Created by tearing the tissues of many animals and combining them together with dark sorcery, adding the flesh of a human to hold her form... A young girl, tearing the soul from the girl and adding it to the finished product of Viena her creation was far from natural, and wrong. She was created flawed, blind and not with the features she was planned to have and so was left behind, it was expected she would die not long after they had left. Sadly though she didn't have the memories from the life before, they may or may not still be inside her somewhere but Viena can't recall them on her own.

• Magic

  Levitation: The magic that is most likely to be seen used, Viena can lift herself up into the air and float around. She is very dexterous in this form and can fly twice as fast as she can run, making it fairly speedy. If she were to train to run faster then her levitation would become faster too. It is limited only to that the higher she goes, the more tiring it can get and lifting things are still the same weight (just minus her own weight). The more she carries with her the slower she becomes.
  
  Empathy: Viena is able to sense the emotions and feeling of others around her. The closer the being is the more powerful the feeling, sitting within a three meter radius she would feel the full effect of the emotion or feeling. She is unable to block out the empathy without a magic item of some kind. She is also able to feel pleasure, paid, whether someone is being touched or even the wind on their skin which then then feels herself like she is experiencing. She also feels their emotions almost like they were here own, it had taken a lot of training for her to be able to tell the difference between her own emotion and feeling and someone else's.
  
  She is also able to form a mental link with herself and a maximum of 6 other people, where she can change their emotions or their feelings. It is good for being able to calm or cheer up those who are angry or upset. She is also able to manipulate their feelings, making it feel as though they are being touched when really there is nothing there, make them feel as though they are drowning, or falling, being stabbed, flying, tickled, or even sexual things. She would never do this without someone consent though unless she feels threatened.

• Personal Items

  large magic leather back pack - A hardy leather back back with three large compartments and a two small pockets on each side, it has small straps at the bottom to hold a bed roll, tent roll, blanket or rug. It has little trinkets attacked to it, different carved and decorative pebbles, feathers, small pieces of carved horn, tiny wood figures and mini totems. The largest main compartment is enchanted to be able to hold a lot more than it seems to be able to. The size is very large and still weighs as much as what is inside it and only things that would normally fit inside the top of the bag can go inside, so there is a size limit, she isn't suddenly going to pull out a zeppelin or a rowboat... or a dragon. The bag will weigh the same as all the things inside, so there is still a limit to what can be carried, if she puts 200 jars inside it will weigh the same as 200 jars!
  
  Puzzle box - An unopened puzzle box she bought of a trader. Inside would be a few precious jewels but she had never managed to open it. Still it's nice to fiddle with.
  
  small linen bags x4 - four plain small bags, big enough to hold a honeydew melon with draw strings.
  
  Comb - Made from a piece of Viena's horn, it is carefully carved into the shape of a Chinese dragon and has little holes all they way along to put in wood pegs for comb part. Most of the pegs are very warn out or broken. This needs repairs.
  
  Panflute - Viena's pan flute is made from bamboo, held together with some dark varnished wood, it is fairly simple though some of the bamboo pieces are damaged. This needs repairs.
  
  Leather waterskin - a leather baggy that can hold 2 pints of water. It has a brass top and a carved wood lid. Nothing special about this.
  
  2 small ceramic jars - A single pot with a flat cork lid (currently empty)

  Horn handle fold knife - A knife made from a piece of viena's pristine and sturdy horn. There is a compartment that the knife can fold into, made from a shiny robust metal and gold decoration. It is carved with a few little birds and her name, enchanted to have a blade that will never dull.
  
  small cooking pot - a plain dented metal cooking pot, size good for 2 servings max.

  Clothes - 2 robes - One plain set of burlap robes.
  One set of Expensive decorative mages robes made from Noil silk. It is coloured Cornflower blue with a lighter blue trim and delicate silver embroidery around the sleeves, hem and shoulders. It has a lose stand up collar with a silver button fastening to one side. There are also silver clasps on the sleeves.

  Leather purse - Plain leather bag, with black leather drawstring. Decorated only by a little brand from the maker. (currently holds 4 platinum pieces, 7 gold pieces, 18 silver pieces, 33 copper pieces)
  
  Magic pebble - A small Malachite pebble with a little swirl carved into the top. Magical ability is that it turns invisible when it's owner wishes it to. Don't ever get into a game of cups with Viena... she cheats!
  
  Horn Flute - A flute made from one of Vi's past long horns. It is carved with beautiful swirls of birds, vines, leaves and flowers into the pristine white horn. The sound this flute makes is very good.
  
  Amber jewel - A polished off oval shaped piece of amber in a gold setting. It does have a small loop at the top so it can be worn as a necklace but also two pins on the back side so it can be worn as a broach. In curly writing around the amber stone is written "Magia vitae cursu, magiam amplecti et suscipere vitae." which roughly translated means "Magic the course of life, stand to embrace magic and to support life."
  
  Magic ring- An armour ring, that when ran over words, reads them out to her in a frequency only her sensitive ears can pick up.
  
  Magic pen- Writes down what Viena says.
  
  Wax tablet - a book made of wood slats, each slat has an indent filled with dark wax that can be drawn on with a stylus, as the wax is indented the blind chimera can feel what she had written on it.
  
  Turtle pendant - A turtle cut from jade enchanted to block magic, prevents her from using her empathy and prevents people from using empathy and telepathy on her.
  
  Wood Ocarina - An ocarina made from polished wood.
  
  Wood flute - A wood made from polished wood, it has a few little swirls carved around the holes on the shaft.
  
  Guitar - A guitar, finely made and coloured with a black stain, a painted vine around the sides in silver and patterns on the neck. The tuning pieces at the top made from white pieces of Viena's horns.
  
  Thick bed roll - A soft bedroll stuffed with animal fur, feathers and cotton fluff. Rolled up and attached to the bottom of her bag.
  
  Blankets - Blanket made of a luxury thick sky blue wool. Gold embroidery around the edges and the emblem of her old mage's academy in the centre.
  Blanket made of simple cotton. Dark green with Celtic patterns in the corner.
  
  Tent kit - extendible poles and waxed fabric to make a small tent.
  
  Fishing pole and net - A simple fishing pole made from strong bamboo, a small cork lure and steel hook. Net is folded up into a pack.

  Special herb - A special grown herb which only seems to effect Viena, a light pink in colour and smelling like fruity mint it has a similar effect on her as catnip does on cats and marijuana does on people, a kind of in-between. Just the smell of it starts to send her a little funny even without the ingestion of it. Effects are greater if used in a candle and even more so if eaten or smoke is inhaled.
